Why is Moonlight Fields so popular? Moonlight Fields is beautiful, convenient, private, accommodating, and intimate. We take good care of our brides.
When should we reserve the farm for our wedding date? As soon as possible. Dates book fast!
How many guests can the farm accommodate? 200
Will we be able to use the whole farm? Yes, no one else will be allowed to use the farm on your wedding day. It will be yours exclusively. Period. That way you can even make last minute changes in what areas of the farm you want to use.
Is there a place for the bride to get ready? Yes, we have an indoor bridal suite with three rooms and bathroom.
Can we decorate the farm? Yes, absolutely.
Can we use any caterer we choose? Yes. City BBQ is our official caterer because we think they are the best. But you can use anyone you want. We do not require any specific catering service.
Can we bring our own food? Yes
Does the farm have chairs and tables? Yes, we have enough chairs and tables for 200. No charge.
Can we use the farm to take engagement pictures? Yes, no charge if your wedding is booked at the farm.
What time does the reception need to end? All events (including receptions) end at 10:00 p.m.
Can we use our own DJ? No. Rod Givens is our authorized DJ. He knows the farm and will accommodate your tastes. He knows all the places he can set up and will make sure your ceremony AND reception are covered. Due to the noise ordinance, no rock bands are permitted on the property.
Can we serve alcohol? Yes, but it is limited to beer, wine and champagne. NO hard liquor is permitted on premises. No exceptions.
Is there convenient parking on the farm? Yes. The parking area is close to all areas on the farm. We provide parking attendants.
Do we need to rent a generator? No. We have plenty of electricity.
When is the rental fee due? Half of the fee is due when you secure your date. The other half is due 30 days before the wedding.
Do you have ANY hidden fees? No, none.
What months are you open for weddings? April through October. Open for tours all year.
